Highly Anticipated Rank Mode Arrives in Hero Multiplayer Shooter T3 Arena
A Mid-Season update introduces three ranked matches mode, a hero wishlist, and more!
November 17th, 2022 - XD Inc.’s Hero Shooter T3 Arena has released its November update on iOS, Google Play, and TapTap. The update includes new skins, balance changes, events, and the highly anticipated ranked mode.
Players can now celebrate as the highly anticipated ranked mode has finally arrived in T3 Arena! Offering three game modes: Control, Payload Escort, and Clash, the core principles for designing the Ranked mode were Fairness, Competitiveness, and Glory. In order to participate in ranked mode, players will need to have shown their skills and their experience with nine heroes. Players will also need to unlock 1500 trophies to qualify for Ranked. Those who prefer to solo queue will be matched with other solo players, while pre-made three-man teams will only go against other pre-made teams.
When it comes to tier matchmaking, only a player’s Ranked Tier will be the deciding factor. Players won’t need to worry about their trophy count or glory labels affecting their matchmaking. Another key factor in Ranked Mode will be how players pick their heroes. In order to help make Ranked matches more strategic and competitive, players will always pick their heroes after knowing which map they will be playing in.
Finally, also packed in this new update is a feature called Hero Wishlist. This wishlist will make it easier for players to unlock their favorite heroes. In order to participate, players will select a hero they would like to receive from each rarity level: Grand, Epic, and Mythic. The purpose of the wishlist is to give players an increased drop rate for their wanted heroes from the Rumble boxes!
